We had such a great experience at KPot! We came to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, and our server, Demar, made the evening even more special. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The best part was finding out that he shares the exact same birthday as my daughter—it was such a fun and unexpected coincidence that made the celebration even more memorable! The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was perfect for a birthday dinner. Thank you, Demar, for helping make my daughter’s special day one to remember. We’ll definitely be back!

We celebrated Gloria’s birthday at KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot and had such a beautiful experience. The food was excellent, with fresh ingredients and great quality, but the most important part of our visit was our server, Demar. Demar was incredibly attentive, kind, friendly, dedicated, and caring with our entire family. He made us feel genuinely welcomed from the beginning and helped make the celebration full of laughter, warmth, and great memories. His service was outstanding, and you can tell that he truly cares about making sure every table has a great experience. That kind of warm and genuine hospitality is not always easy to find in Miami, so we truly appreciated it. This is already one of the best places we have visited in Miami. We hope they continue maintaining this high level of quality and service, because we know the industry is challenging, but the effort really shows here. Thank you, Demar, for making Gloria’s birthday even more special. We will definitely be back! The only setback was the guy in the cart who bumped into everybody with a long ahh face🤣

I've been wanting to try this place for a while, and it definitely lived up to the hype! The food was amazing, the meats were fresh and flavorful, and everything we ordered was delicious. The atmosphere was great, and overall it was such a fun dining experience. A huge shoutout to our server, Will, who was fantastic from start to finish. He was super attentive, friendly, and always made sure we had everything we needed. He checked on us throughout the meal, kept things running smoothly, and really helped make our first visit a great one. If you've been thinking about trying this place, I'd definitely recommend it. We'll absolutely be back!

We visited the Flagler location after having been to the Pembroke Pines location before, and we had another great experience at KPOT. The place is very big, clean, and well organized, which made everything comfortable and enjoyable. Even the restrooms were very clean and stylish, which added to the overall great atmosphere. Our waiter took very good care of us throughout the visit and was very attentive and friendly. The food and service were excellent, and the prices were very reasonable for the quality and experience. We will definitely come back again!
